Terms of Use

Effective November 2, 2026. These Terms are an agreement between you and [TODO: LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("FindEveryShow", "we", "us"), which operates findeveryshow.com, the Roaring Fork Valley Digest email, and our calendar, API and MCP endpoints (the "Service"). By signing up, connecting Spotify, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FindEveryShow lists live music, comedy, theater and community events and sends a free weekly digest. Event details (dates, prices, seat counts) come from venues and public sources and can change or be wrong. Always confirm with the venue or official box office before you buy or travel. We do not sell tickets and are not responsible for third-party ticket sales.

2. Your account and conduct

Give us an email address you control and only sign up people who asked you to. Do not misuse the Service, overload it, scrape it in ways that break it, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Spotify and other third-party services

You can optionally connect your Spotify account so we can match shows to your taste. Listen links may open Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube or other services. Those services are run by third parties under their own terms. FindEveryShow is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Spotify, and Spotify is not a party to these Terms.

4. What you may not do

You may not, and may not help anyone else to:

Public event data from our API and MCP endpoints may be used under the attribution rules on our For AI Agents page. That permission never covers Spotify content or any user's personal data.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and, for the avoidance of doubt, Spotify) disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service or event information will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, tickets, travel or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to fifty US dollars (US$50). The Service is free.

7. Changes and termination

We may change or stop the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above and tell subscribers in the digest. You can stop using the Service and unsubscribe at any time. Sections 3 through 6 and 8 survive termination.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of [TODO: GOVERNING LAW, e.g. the State of Colorado, USA], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: [TODO: CONTACT EMAIL].
